We want every customer to be satisfied. All our products are digital manuals, so the following policy applies. Refunds are accepted for both defective and non-defective purchases within 180 days.
If the manual does not match the vehicle year, make, model or trim you ordered, is missing major sections listed in its table of contents, or is unreadable, you are entitled to a full refund or a replacement manual within 180 days — even if you have already accessed it.
If you ordered the wrong manual, no longer need it, or are simply not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 180 days provided you have not yet accessed the manual. If you have already accessed it, we provide a replacement manual of equal value or store credit for the amount paid.
Prefer a different manual? We will exchange your purchase for another title of equal value within 180 days. If the replacement costs more, you pay only the difference.
Email admin@factorymanual.com with your order number and a short note on the reason (wrong vehicle, missing content, change of mind). Eligible refunds are processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.
